Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals and families gain clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I provide a supportive and empowering space to help you better understand yourself and your path forward. You deserve to live a fulfilling life. I look forward to supporting you and your family on your journey.

Areas of Expertise

I specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults seeking personal growth, emotional healing, and healthier relationships. I believe strong personal and family relationships are the foundation of emotional well-being.  With that in mind, I help individuals navigate interpersonal dynamics, strengthen communication, and foster deeper connections within themselves and those around them. Through our work together, you’ll gain insight into patterns holding you back, develop practical tools to manage stress and challenging emotions, and cultivate stronger, more fulfilling connections with yourself and others.

Therapy Approach

I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support lasting transformation. My goal is to help you feel empowered, heard, and equipped with the skills needed to thrive.

Education, License, and Professional Memberships

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Sam Houston State University and a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Houston Baptist University.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. My professional memberships include the American Counseling Association, the Texas Counseling Association, and the Texas Association of Marriage and Family Counselors.
