Kelli Toler, MS, LMFT

Picture
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care to children (ages 8 and up), individuals, and families. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, family conflicts, relational challenges, stress management, and life transitions.

I utilize an integrative approach tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Relational Counseling, Family Systems Therapy, and Play Therapy.

Clients can expect a non-judgmental, empathetic environment where they feel heard, validated, and supported. My goal is to equip clients with practical skills and coping strategies that can be applied beyond our sessions, fostering resilience and promoting lasting change.

I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions to accommodate diverse needs and preferences. In-person sessions provide a structured, distraction-free environment conducive to therapies like EMDR and play therapy, which benefit from physical presence. Virtual sessions offer convenience and accessibility, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own spaces.

I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE). My professional experience encompasses diverse settings including working with couples in private practice to navigate challenging relational dynamics and foster healthy communication and serving as a school-based therapist and then program director to support survivors of crime, including various forms of abuse, in non-profit community mental health.

If you're seeking support to navigate personal or relational challenges, I invite you to reach out. Let's work collaboratively to achieve your goals and enhance your well-being.
