(Accepting New Clients Soon!)

Whether you’re struggling with depression, relationship difficulties, substance abuse and recovery, parenting challenges, men’s issues, or grief and loss, I’m here to help you reframe life challenges and develop practical coping strategies — all within a supportive, non-judgmental space. Let’s work together to help you rediscover strength, balance, and hope — no matter where you are on your journey.
My work primarily focuses on adults of all ages, guiding each person toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being. With over 30 years of experience as a therapist in private practice, I’ve had the honor of helping individuals in Friendswood, Clear Lake, League City, and surrounding areas navigate life’s challenges. Drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches, I’ve found Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to be especially powerful in promoting meaningful, lasting growth.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Southwestern University and completed my master’s at the University of Houston’s Graduate School of Social Work. My professional supervision at the Titus-Harris Clinic (UTMB) in Galveston provided invaluable, hands-on experience that continues to inform my work today.
