Scheduling - Current Clients

Scheduling - New Clients
If you are a new client or a previous client who has not been seen by one of our provider's in the past 6 months, then please complete our Request an Appointment form or call us at (281) 819-7004, Option 3 for Scheduling. Then once you are scheduled, you can access FCC's Client Portal above for all of your future scheduling needs.

FCC Client Portal - Overview
FCC is paperless so all new clients are required to create a secure Client Portal account giving you access to many features and our New Client paperwork. The New Client paperwork must be completed within 2 days once the first appointment has been scheduled in order to secure your appointment and prevent it from being cancelled.
Once an appointment has been scheduled for you, you will receive an email with an invitation link to create your free Client Portal account. It takes less than one minute!

- Start and attend your therapy sessions from a PC, Mac, or any mobile device with an integrated camera and microphone, like your iPhone, iPad, or Android device
- Securely access your account details from virtually anywhere, including the date and time of upcoming scheduled appointments as well as past appointments
- Receive email confirmations for scheduled, rescheduled, and cancelled appointments
- Receive session invoices emailed immediately to you after each appointment reflecting payments made
- Quickly request, receive, and send us information through the secure Client Portal. We will respond during normal business hours.
- Make payments online and see your payment history
- Update your securely stored debit/credit card information
