Martha Razo - Office Manager
In Martha's role as Office Manager, she will be the first point of contact to answer any questions about the counseling services provided at FCC. Martha will walk you through the registration and intake process. She will also assist as needed in pairing you with the therapist best suited for your counseling needs, your scheduling availability or any other concerns.
Martha has worked in healthcare and medical-related offices since 2009 to include a family practice, Memorial Hermann, and HCA providing compassionate patient care. She is highly trained in admissions, insurance verification, billing, coding, claims corrections, AR/AP, and the data management of client records within electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Martha earned her Associates degree in Business Administration from ACC in 2019. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in May 2022.
