**We also work with clients who do not have insurance, who have insurance that does not provide any mental health benefits under their policy, and who prefer to self-pay versus utilizing their insurance benefits through their insurance company.
If your insurance is not listed above, then we likely are not in-network with them. However, you can still submit the request an appointment form below to see if your insurance policy falls under one of the insurances listed above.
If we are not in network with your insurance and you have out of network benefits, we can provide you with a superbill (a detailed invoice) for you to submit to your insurance for partial/full reimbursement.
** Please understand we CANNOT and DO NOT provide child custody evaluations. Nor do we make ANY recommendations regarding child custody cases or parental living arrangements as that is out of our scope of practice and not the focus of the services we provide. *We prefer to NOT be involved in ANY legal/court proceedings.
