I have been providing counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and families since 2005. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, but mostly Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. My past experiences in community mental health settings and private practice settings have helped me gain experience with many areas of mental health.
I have the most experience helping individuals who are struggling in the areas of mood disorders (anxiety and depression), grief and loss, transitional life changes, sexual orientation, self esteem, relationship issues and parenting.
