Therapy Services
Therapy is a place to identify and build on current strengths, learn problem-solving strategies, develop or enhance coping skills, learn more effective ways to communicate with others, improve relationships and receive support and feedback. We strongly believe that individuals should feel comfortable with the therapist they choose and hopeful about therapy. When they feel this way, therapy is more likely to be very beneficial.
Everyone faces occasional struggles during their lifetime so it is okay to elicit support from a professional to help you navigate your way through a difficult or stressful situation. Reaching out for help is a sign of courage not a sign of weakness. Guidance and support is available from our compassionate therapists whose goal is to really see you and help you succeed in all areas of life.
We typically work with children (ages 5-12), adolescents/teens (ages 13-17) and adults (age 18+). We offer individual and family counseling services. We also offer Telehealth appointments (secure video appointments) making it convenient to access services from almost anywhere! Contact us to schedule an appointment.
