We are looking for therapists who are passionate about the work they do with their clients and are genuinely driven to provide quality, client care. We are also seeking therapists who are empathic, able to work well independently and as a team player, demonstrate flexibility, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. It is vitally important for our therapists to have strong DSM-5 diagnostic skills and a clinically-sound therapeutic approach in their work with clients.

Our Mission is to provide quality, compassionate, mental health services to individuals and families to improve their overall happiness and quality of life. We’ve been in business since 2012 and since that time we have developed the philosophy that our role is to provide our clients with a comfortable and supportive environment conducive to insight, healing, and personal growth. FCC’s core values include compassion, integrity, respect, accountability, and teamwork.
We are primarily an insurance-based practice, although we do have some clients who choose to self-pay. We typically work with children as young as 5 years old, adolescents, teenagers, adults as well as some senior adults. The clients we work with most often are voluntarily seeking services for depression or a mood disorder, anxiety, grief/loss, family/relationship difficulties, OCD, ADHD, or adjusting to different transition periods in life. The majority of our clients are high-functioning individuals. The primary mode of therapy being provided is individual therapy sessions. Family therapy sessions are provided too.

Next, our group practice offers you the experience of private practice without all the expense or isolation and a ton of support! We also offer our clinicians the flexibility to provide all or some of their sessions securely via telehealth from the comfort of their own home.
What We Provide Our Therapists:

*This is a 1099 Contract Therapist position. Medical insurance benefits are not provided.
The Ideal FCC Therapist Is:
- Warm, compassionate, and able to easily build and maintain rapport with clients
- Able to work well independently and contribute collaboratively as a team player
- Proficient and comfortable with technology
- Experienced in providing short-term as well as long-term therapy and has the clinical skill-set/depth to effectively do so
- Willing to provide a minimum of 15 client sessions per week
- Organized and shows attention to detail
- Excellent with time management, timely start and end to sessions
- Willing to provide some evening and/or weekend appointments
- Able to maintain appropriate and timely clinical documentation
- Individually contracted with one or more insurance companies (United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, MultiPlan/PHCS) or willing to be enrolled
The Ideal FCC Therapist Has:
- A Master’s Degree
- A Valid Texas state license: LPC, LCSW, Ph.D. (*No interns, Master’s level clinician still under supervision, or Master's level associates)
- Professional liability insurance

- HIPAA-compliant Electronic Health Record (EHR) software subscription for quick and easy clinical documentation and a subscription for an integrated telehealth platform
- Administrative staff who schedule intake appointments, perform insurance verification of benefits and billing, collect payments, and answer phones
- Flexible scheduling
- Ability to provide all or some sessions from home (telehealth) if desired
- Appointment reminders sent to all your clients via text and email
- Enrollment with the major insurance companies & re-credentialing
- Marketing
- Collaboration with and support from our therapy team; bi-monthly clinical consultation
